Senior technical and commercial executive with nearly 40 years of experience in renewable energy and upstream E&P within major international utilities and oil & gas companies, including Enel Green Power, Enel Trade, Enterprise Oil, Shell, OMV, and ENI. Former Head of the Global Geothermal Technological Line at Enel Green Power, with worldwide responsibility for exploration, development, and operations of the geothermal portfolio, and previously Vice President of Exploration, Development and Operations for Enel Trade’s Upstream Gas Division, CEO and Chairman of Enel Longanesi Development Srl, and Enel Country Manager for Algeria. Currently Visiting Professor in Geology of the Energy Transition at G. D’Annunzio University of Chieti–Pescara. Holds a Degree in Geology from Sapienza University of Rome, an MBA from Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei, a Petroleum Engineering Master from AGIP, and completed the Harvard Leadership and Corporate Competitiveness Programme.
